I’ve not been impressed with the service, I don’t feel the cover represents what you expect from Pet Insurance, they don’t allow for “accidents” that happen with animals. No one Intentionally wants their animal to be hurt and to take them to emergency vets but feel that Lifetime Percover only think about the bottom dollar and not the customer.

Claiming was not easy either times I had to claim the second claim was declined after weeks of lodging the form and only tell you in a letter in the post. There is no human element and I’m cancelling my policy after 6 months.
