I had to claim for my dog on many occasions for an ongoing issues noted by my vet. This will now be a life long condition - agria assured me once a condition has been covered it will never be excluded for future treatment - the peace of mind this company provide is second to none. It's not the cheapest- but of course cheap doesn't ever mean good anyway
