Smudge has a problem with a skin condition he is a white cat for this reason he is prone to this. I have been putting in claims for Smudges skin problems for must be nearly 2 years vetsure have made it so easy to claim and i have only paid one excess all that time. Last year at renewal time i thought my premiums would be much higher as he had so many claims but no a small increase that was all. My vet puts in the claim electrically no worries at all. I cannot rate vetsure high enough all my animals are now with them.
