I had pet insurance with this company over two years ago, unfortunately my pet died shortly after.
Like any pet owner would know, your pet is like one of the family and my grief was hard to deal with.
This insurance company continued and.. continues with emails about their insurance even though, I have repeatedly explained my pet is no longer here and, can they remove me from their mailing list.
They ignored my requests and then even refused, demanding the policy number which I cant find...this is causing severe distress as its a constant reminder that, I no longer have a pet.
