You never know how good an insurance company is until you need to make a claim. I paid my £600+ vet bill at the beginning of this month. Claim was sent by my vet practice on 10th Jan and was only queried by them yesterday. I am told that they will pay up to 10 days after the claim is approved. Why the delay? If you have cause to contact them you will get no further then the call centre. No managers are available and the claims team are far too busy and important to take calls. Terrible service.
