Our Collie was in for dental treatment at a cost of £288. For the sake of not even 3 weeks difference in her yearly checkup which included checking her teeth the claim was refused. Our 4yr old Collie has never missed a yearly checkup and this is the service we get for not being able to take her within the time frame (it wasn’t even three weeks out) Our vet was shocked at the response. We have cancelled our policy. £27.66 per month - a waste of money
