Don't bother

Impossible to contact company. Left holding on the phone for over half an hour each time. No response to email. They use a "secure" email which I can't access as I have no computer, iPad or iPhone. After almost 3 months since vet submitted claim I have no written reason why claim refused. Telephone calls aren't logged onto client account. Mistakenly thought l & g would be a reliable long established company to deal with. If you do need to contact them, send a letter to be signed for, otherwise they'll deny all knowledge
