I’m in the process of a claim with this company I brought my policy in good faith insuring my puppy she was attacked by a stray dog I sent the claim form in but I’m getting emails asking questions saying my vets contradict ing my account of what happened.Rubbish .
They are saying things that are not at all relevant to the claim and I believe trying to find any loophole they can to avoid paying out.
Having to pay out almost £600 up front to the vet hit us hard just before Christmas This is not what you insure your pet for they are quick to take your money but unwilling it seems to pay out.Im pretty certain that if they exclude my claim I will take this further and will not be renewing my pets insurance with them.
