Bought by Many paid out £6177 today, with no quibbles, for my pug who I insured only 5 months ago, aged 18 months. Our premium is only £28/month. They could have tried to argue his BOAS must have been a pre-existing condition (although he had shown no breathing problems, he did have visibly narrow nares). Gary had several health issues all at once, needed CT, MRI, neurologist, internal specialist and airways surgery.
I’ve been so worried about the huge bills, and am really touched by the integrity of Bought by Many - they are so trustworthy and care about our pets getting the treatment they need.
