Took away all the financial concerns and allowed me to concentrate on my sick puppy

Unfortunately our Irish Wolfhound puppy, Delilah, was diagnosed with a suspected liver shunt fairly soon after we got her. I rang up Agria to extend our free cover period and the assistant I spoke to was so knowledgable and caring it helped no end in making the right decisions based on our likely need for cover in the future.
At 5 months we took Delilah to the Royal Vet College for diagnostic tests and as it turned out intial surgery followed by a further surgery at 8 months. It was a very stressful time for us particularly as after the surgery at 8 months Delilah was very poorly for a period. Thinking back to that time now I had no concerns about the claims process or the need to keep chasing. The Royal Vet college made the claim directly to Agria which made everything really easy and no need to find big cash sums up front. Our fantastic local vets do not have provision for direct claims but I found this process of claiming hassle-free too.

It turns out we now have a happy healthy crazy 2 year old Irish Wolfhound who would not have been here today without Agria insurance as without the adequate cover provided we couldn't have afforded all her treatment. The only things not covered were the two emergency charges for out of hours vet visits and the replacement cone collar (after she took a fancy to the first and had a good old chew).
