I insured both my 1 year old cats with Agria and got a discount for multiple pets. Unfortunately with a few weeks I lost one cat due to a traffic accident. Agria didn't alter the payment back down to a single pet charge, they left it discounted for me.
To my surprise they sent me a personally hand written sympathy card for our loss. It was so very nice of them and I was really touched by that.
