I’ve had pet insurance for nine years, so have paid around 5k, my dog developed some lumps, i took her to the vet, who recommended that they were removed, I thought everything was being sorted and has paid my excess, but KC decided to split the claim in to two parts , even though all lumps were removed at the same time, then made me pay the excess twice, to reduce their pay out. Well done KC . So after 5k of payments , I’m moving on . Be warned.
