Doubled my premium upon renewal and told me it was because they were cheaper than most previously. Refused to negotiate a cheaper deal as l had a "block" on my account from the powers that be because l had claimed in the previous year???? Thought that was what insurance was for?.. no silly me, it is so they can make loads of money from gullible people
