The claim process was easy and fuss free at a time when I needed to concentrate on getting my dog better not having to battle with an insurance claim. When I needed to I was able to speak to someone on the phone who was polite and helpful. I was kept informed at each stage of the process. BEST OF ALL - my premiums did not go up when renewal time came around. Would recommend Agria to any pet owner.
