Whole company a complete joke, customer service were very poor from being given false information to being blantaly lied to, no calls returned as promised not even by 'managers' and then gave the poorest and unjustifiable excuse as why they couldn't pay out on a claim despite everything being provided by the vet, absolutely disgusted by the treatment and added stress that they gave in worrying times
