I was recommended Agria by my dog’s breeder. Thankfully my dog has been very healthy and I haven’t had to make many claims. The first time I did, having no human contact over the phone I received a claim form. The second time I had no human contact and didn’t receive a claim form. I have been paying the same rate monthly for insurance since I first took it out 2 years ago and not been contacted to be encouraged to remain loyal and look at reducing my monthly payment as I haven’t made a successful claim.
I have been thinking of shopping around as I know insurance companies are not know for remaining customer loyalty.
