Following x-rays and scans, our dog was recently diagnosed with arthritis in her front legs. Tesco have refused our claim as they say it was an existing condition. The reason for them deciding this? We had taken her to the vets 3.5 years ago with a limp......! Just shocking. I wish i had come across this site before purchasing pet insurance.
