I (unfortunately) have to use Agria frequently due to my boys allergies and issues. They've never caused a fuss and have paid out for each event. Their customer service team are fantastic, can't do enough to try and help people. They are slightly more expensive than other insurance companies, but my premiums haven't risen by enough to mention since we started with them even though we've made a ton of claims, and their service, coverage, team, are all well worth the price. I would have been stuffed without insurance, or with more restricted policies. The only thing I have to say is that their pay out can be slow in my opinion, with up to 2, maybe 3 weeks of waiting. Not a problem if you're paying through the vets, but can hurt a little if you're waiting on payday! :)
