We chose Kennel Club insurance for our puppy at it was recommended by the breeder who provided initial 5 weeks free insurance for us. We did research other providers for her full insurance but found that KC Insurance gave us everything we were looking for and we felt we could trust the brand. Our puppy has been unwell a couple of times we have had to make two claims which were handled quickly and efficiently - KC Insurance kept us informed all the time what stage our claim was at and it all seemed very straightforward and reassuring.
