I have only recently become a customer with kennel club , i needed to make a claim very early on when my puppy became ill . after a few difficult and disappointing experiences with a big name insurer in the past i was a little apprehensive ! But no such thing !! It could not have been better , my claim was processed and paid direct to my vet in super quick time and with minimal fuss , just a couple of emails to up date me on the claim then done . so pleased my pup is with kennel club
