We'd not had pet insurance before, so glad we did. Lexi's claims, there have been many over the years, are always paid promptly and fairly. Customer services have always been available to ask for advice, and the advice line has been helpful also. We wouldn't have been able to keep Lexi without the insurance - so glad we had and would highly recommend it to anyone.
