I had a seriously Ill whippet some years ago and this company quibbled about a vet visit on a Sunday. They said I could have taken the dog to the vets surgery when in fact I had to get our vet to confirm she was comatose and in fact she was put to sleep that visit, I won’t forgive the upset the company caused us over that.
I have another whippet insured with this company, who is now elderly and have had to claim. They have been ok over this claim. If it were not that our present whippet has been with this company all her life and it would be costly to change, I would most insure with this company. I had though insuring through the Kennel Club would be the best policy I could buy1
