We have used Agria Pet Insurance before for our previous miniature schnauzer, Lucy. Lucy was diagnosed with Cushings Disease and we claimed for Lucy's regular medication from Agria. Sadly, Lucy died suddenly on the operating table at Fitzpatrick Referrals during an operation to remove a small tumour. Agria dealt sympathetically with the claim, so we have decided to insure our new miniature Schnauzer puppy Bertie again with Agria, but our current experience is that claims are being processed more slowly than before.
