AVOID! Didn't pay out and harassed with marketing phone calls/texts and emails

AVOID! Didn't pay out for our puppy on a 4wk 'free trial', despite the fact that we contacted them on the phone first.
Over the 4 weeks I have been badgered with marketing phone calls/texts and emails asking me to sign up.
Documents not sent in post like they said.
