I habe claimed once. And it was very straight forward.
There are many different insurance packages that you can choose from. And when I spoke to the advisors I was given lots of detailed information.
There was no pressure at all and I'm very happy to have both my cats insured through them.
Monthly payments are not alot and I get alot of cover.
While I have not needed to make any additional claims I always believe it's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to your furry friends!!
