We have used the KC for our insurance for 3 years now and have no complaints. They are always helpful when we need to tall to them and when we have needed to make a claim they have assisted with this as well. Cannot fault the cover provided for our Bella. When she was diagnosed with diabetes, KC were helpful with sorting out how to make continuous claims and how to pay the vet directly.
