I’ve not had to claim yet, but so far Agria have been helpful with any queries. You can choose different levels of excess and cover, and they cover a good range of conditions. There is no loyalty discount for renewing customers, it was cheaper to stop my policy and then take out a new one, even though I had not made a claim.
