They are really helpful and caring, not just when it comes to pet care but with administrative things too. Our cat Yoda used to be my Mum’s but when she sadly passed away, they made it really easy to transfer his insurance to us. It was the easiest process of all companies we dealt with and they really cared. Any claims have been processed easily and quickly - would highly recommend.
