Kennel Club are a trusted 'brand' but there is no getting away from it that any pet insurance is an expensive business. I think the thing that caught me out when our old Spaniel died was not only the usual policy excess but the further percentage excess that was applied when a claim was made. This greatly reduced the value of the claim we were making - watch out for this - the moral of the story is read the small print...
