We knew our furbaby was covered, but you don't really think you'll use what your actually covered for. KC were amazing, helpful when phoning asking advice or explaining what actually covered for. They were quick at paying out, usually within few weeks, which was great. Our furbaby had to attend a vet hospital, had tests upon tests, medications, then an operation, which was very worrying at that time, KC eased the financial side for us,when phoning up and asking what are we covered for? Also were told we were covered for travel which was for us was 35mile trip to hospital, there and back, sometimes back next day to collect her, was another 35 mile all round trip, it all adds up, so we are so glad we had pet insurance with KC, spoke to many people up at vet hospital, that didn't have a third of cover we had or any insurance. We would definitely 100% recommend Kennel Club.
