Cant praise Kennel Club Pet Insurance enough for the way they dealt with our claim when our springer spaniel shattered his leg. They reimbursed the vets their fees in good time (dealing with two vet practices - one for surgery and one for aftercare) and advised us of aftercare (hydrotherapy) benefits that he would be entitled to as part of his recovery.

Every time I have had to contact them by phone, their staff have been calm, polite and helpful in circumstances which are often distressing for an owner.
