One of my cats came home with what turned out to be a broken bone in his paw. I knew the bill would be substantial so searched for local vet who was on the accredited scheme and the process was very simple from there. The vet was great and all I had to do was sign the claim form and the rest was taken care of apart from paying my excess. Cat now healed and happy.
