Awful customer service

Awful service. Premium increased by £170 per year for 7 yr old dog with no previous claims. Decided to cancel both my labs policies. As one was mid term was told would get a small refund of monthly payment. After speaking with a manager who constantly said things then when I said so this is what you are implying then changed her account. Refused to admit what she had said and then followed company policy with regards to small refund. (Only about £20)
Be careful this insurer raises premium excessively at will. Was going to be paying over £1500 per annum for my two dogs. Never made a claim as both very healthy and well looked after. Got similar policy for £760, for both dogs. I would advise to look elsewhere.
