Our two youngest dogs (6 years old) are insured with Vetsure - it was 'not around' at the time of our older dogs. Since taking up with this Company, we have received first class service, in dealing with claims, prompt settlement to the veterinary practice, and no quibbles or questions as to the nature of the claim. In fact our most recent one appeared quite a trivial problem, but investigations, including various scans and ultimately surgery, revealed a very serious problem and throughout the entire investigations and resulting treatment, Vetsure dealt directly with our vet, not pressing us for information which would have been distressing, given our already anxious mindset. BUT, and it is a big 'BUT', the kind and friendly approach this Company operates makes clients feel their pet is the only one in the world - nice for the sick animal but very comforting for the owner.
