We insured our Frenchie with Tesco in May 2017 at a very reasonable rate. We then moved house in September that year. I contacted them over the phone to update our address details. Almost two years have gone by and we just realised that we've never had any renewal notice since we began. I contacted Tesco to be told that our address hadn't been updated and they only post renewal letters which had obviously been going to our old address as our redirect was only for 6 months anyway. I was also then told that they can't email warning of policy renewals which just sounds like a scam to me to be honest. I will definitely not be using Tesco Insurance again and I would not recommend to anyone. Absolute scammers!
