The World is not perfect, people have good & bad experiences in all areas of life so I did not let this influence my decision to buy Tesco pet insurance! my goodness I'm so glad I did, shortly after purchasing the Plan, my beloved dog suddenly became Ill on Christmas Eve, life threatening, we nearly lost her, it has taken nearly 8 months to bring her back to full health, with ongoing Insurance claims to the value of 3000 pound. Tesco were always prompt with regular payment to my Vet, kept me up to date with statements, & were always polite on the phone, could not fault them. Hopefully this Review is mine & (Poppy's) way of thanking them!!
