Insured my Jack russell pup with them for a good premier policy as soon as we got him home. Not claims etc or anything within first year. Policy renewal went from £325 to £382!! I worked in insurance and understand the IPT does fluctuate daily, but an increase of that much is simply appalling.
Other Jack russell was insured with them and had a claim for skin allergies. Vet bill came to £180, Excess was £160, received the remaining £20. The policy increased by over 150% - would have been cheaper to pay for the treatment and not have claimed! Awful. Would not recommend.
