Phoned to enquire why my pet insurance had gone up by more than £20 per month. Told age of the dog and the rise in vet fees. Been with tesco insurance for 10 years plus and never made a claim. Disgusted. The girl on the phone basically didnt want to know. Bad customer service and no ling time customer loyalty . Never again.
