My latest quote has just gone up by almost three hundred pounds. My dog hasn't had a claim since April 2018. I was told but you have had a claim during the life of the policy, your dog is a year older, his breed and your postcode. My dog is one year older, but hasn't changed breed or my postcode hasn't changed.
The young man I spoke to was less than helpful.
I have written a letter of complaint but as yet have had no reply.
