Unfortunately we've had to claim on our insurance a few times now. The process is simple and easy, the claim handlers and customer service staff genuinely seem to be concerned about your pet and they have always been really helpful to us. I have to say that the latest time we claimed there was a delay of a few weeks in getting payment but this was mentioned from the outset so we knew it would take a little longer than normal.
