My 3 1/2 Lhasa Apso Milly fell ill and we thought is was just a bug she had and she went into the vets on and off for two weeks unfortunately she was referred to Liverpool Teaching Hospital there was so many test to be done and by this time I was distraught i was on the phone to Agria blubbering and I would like to thank the staff for there compassion and understanding the customer service I got was absolutely fantastic after all this my baby didn’t make it and I then started to worry about making my claim I was so pleased at how painless it was and it was all settled very quickly and professionally, I have since got two new puppies and have just been on to Cameron at Agria to insure them yesterday and found the service again to be next to none and I would certainly recommend Aria to anybody there policies are great value I don’t know what I would have done without them on the other end of the phone
