Chose Agria as could tailor make policy appropriate for my pet without having to accept all the extras such as travel abroad. It kept the premium lower. They pay out quickly with a good level of knowledge. They also pay back £25 each year with a voucher every time Harley my cat is vaccinated. Took insurance out at 10mnths of age and he is now approaching 9 years. Have claimed around
£6000 and monthly premium has only just gone up to £50 a month. Still reasonable I feel with all his conditions. I have confidence in them so have kept his policy.
In contrast my dog had a policy with a different company.At age 10 her policy jumped to £189 a month for a Jack Russel Terrier who hadn't claimed anything since she was 7 . I was forced to cancel the policy as it was not sustainable!!!
