My vet recommended Agria, when I was looking for a insurance for my puppy. The reason I decided to take his advice was that Agria have a 24 hour veterinary helpline. I have only used in once in 16 months, but the service was outstanding. They rang me back twice to check on the condition of my puppy after I first contacted them. My mind was put at rest immediately and knowing I could ring back anytime was (and is) so reassuring. I also rang this year to check my policy and what it covered. Extremely helpful and no pressure at all to add unnecessary/extra features.
