I currently have 2 young dogs insured with Agria and 2 older dogs with another insurance company. My interactions with Agria have all been professional and supportive. I've made one claim which was done directly through my vets and from my perspective it was easy and seamless. Just be aware that there is a variable 10% to be paid for each claim on top of the excess, but for me, the overall cost of the premiums plus the 10% still make them excellent value. I will be looking at insurance costs from my other dogs when they are due for renewal.
