We have been with Agria for a number of years having been with a well known brand previously. Agria are superb to deal with, they genuinely understand pets and the difficult situations they can sometimes present. We cannot speak highly enough of Agria in the way they have dealt with claims, their understanding and sadly in one case their sympathy when our old dog had to be put to sleep.

Our old dog was a retired police German Shepherd, Other insurers simply would not insure him because he had been trained to bite. Agria's MD thought this unfair on the dog and ensured that he could be insured and enjoy a happy retirement. Sadly after 18 months the dog required chemotherapy and Agria not only paid for the course of treatment in full but eventually when it was too much, they paid for his cremation.

Without the actions of Simon Wheeler (Agria's MD), a dog who had given his life to his country could not have been insured. That simply says everything about the company. We would never change pet insurers. Agria are simply the best. They are an insurance company run by pet lovers with hearts of gold.
