Agraria are not the most budget friendly of insurers, and we had just had our second premium increase when my cat became poorly. She is my utter universe, so having to rush her to the Queen Mother Hospital for Animals was very distressing, and that is before people start handing you forms to sign with the potential costs listed. Agraria were amazing, so helpful and considerate, and the response received at the hospital was telling - as soon as I showed them the insurance documents you could see them relax. the finance team had nothing but good things to say about Agraria and now neither do I - the service is impeccable and has meant that I have been able to give my baby the best possible care and help manage her heart condition with peace of mind that I won't have to make decisions based on cost - only on what is right for her.
