We looked at some other pet insurance companies, but were put off by either their policy, price or customer service. We came across Agria by chance, and found their policy fair for our breed, the price very competitive and they’re just very straightforward. Not yet had to make a claim (fingers crossed we don’t need it), but their initial incentive to sign up with them helped out with some costs for a vet visit for an eye infection.

Overall, so far, very happy.
