I moved to Agria because I was with Animal Friends and found that they are not the 5 star rating they say they are and had no end of problems with them, It was suggested I try Agria pet insurance which I have done, and I can not be more happier, my vet helps by filling in the form and I just pay what ever the excess is if my cat has had treatment, I would recommend Agria any day, less headaches and you are not treated like a nothing
