Agria are excellent. I used them for my last dog who had multiple claims as she become older, there was never any fuss over paying claims and when she left us, Agria instantly refunded the premium for the remainder of the policy and sent a lovely card at flowers. You can speak with a nurse anytime of day or night which is in stark contrast to other insurers who have off shore call centres. I ow have two more dogs both of whom are insured through Agria. There are cheaper options elsewhere but for peace of mind Agria are the best. When your beloved pet is sick the last thing you need is to have a fight with someone who can hardly speak English, I would far rather pay more and get better.
