They are always helpful and polite over the phone which is much appreciated.
There was a backlog (systems were down or something) which meant the claim took longer than usual, but it was resolved after a few weeks of catching up.
Sometimes feels like we get penalised based on when our insurance year starts (eg a claim for one issue can mean excess being paid twice if it happens around renewal time) whereas a rolling 12 months would seem fairer.
